Abstract
U ovome diplomskome radu analizirala se svijest zaposlenika o važnosti postojanja odjela za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima u poduzeću Makro d.o.o. U suvremenome svijetu poslovanja ljudski potencijali, a samim time ustroj i postojanje službe za iste, nameću se kao primat uspješnosti i konkurentnosti. S obzirom na dugoročne ciljeve poduzeća Makro d.o.o, nametnulo se pitanje o ustroju službe za ljudske potencijale u bližoj budućnosti kako bi se poslovanje maksimalno unaprijedilo, ali i kako bi se zadržalo zadovoljstvo, motivacija i poslovna efikasnost zaposlenih. Empirijsko istraživanje provelo se na uzorku od 45 zaposlenika u raznim sektorima poslovanja. Utvrđeno je kako postoji prosječna trenutna razina zadovoljstva u poduzeću, ali isto tako istraživanje je pokazalo kako bi ta razina porasla u budućnosti ustrojem službe za ljudske potencijale. Sukladno rezultatima istraživanja ponuđen je okvirni plan ustroja službe za ljudske potencijale u poduzeću Makro d.o.o.

Parallel abstract (English)
In this thesis the employees' awareness of the importance of the existence of human resources management department in the company Makro d.o.o was analyzed. In the contemporary world of business, the human resources, its organization and existence as well, impose themselves as the primacy of the success and competitiveness. Regarding the long term goals of the Makro d.o.o company, a question about the human resources organization in the near future was posed, in order for improve the business as much as possible, but to keep the satisfaction, motivation and business efficiency level of the employees, as well. Empirical research was conducted on a sample of 45 employees in various sectors of business. It was found that there is an average current level of satisfaction in the company, but the study also showed that this level would be increased in the future, if the human resources department was organized. In accordance with the study’s results, a framework plan for organizing human resources department in the company has been proposed.
